Cynthia Canaday, MA
I very much enjoy partnering with others on their path to self discovery, change and fulfillment by leading them through a process that explores what it is they believe in and what they want to contribute to the outer world. My mission is to provide a safe and knowledgeable place for all to discover the answers they need in order to move forward with confidence and clarity. I believe in the power of connection to others and each person's value and place of purpose in their world.
I have worked as a professional counselor, educator and consultant in the Hudson Valley for the past 30 years. My professional career:
I am the mother of four; three sons and one daughter. I have been married to Jerry since 1983. I am very active in my church with music, administration, and teaching. I love to read, listen to music, play instruments, cook, spend time with family and friends, and take walks.
